“Outstanding for Large Group Gatherings”
There are only six rustic cabins but the workmanship is something I haven’t seen in 50 years! The recently completed pavilion is truly outstanding ! We had 125 people there and room for many more! Like the cabins, the pavilion is outstanding in design and workmanship. The management was very accommodating and ready to assist with any request. The site overlooks a bayou and canoes are available. We were just there last week and booked it again for next year! Really a great place for the family to spend a few days.
Peaceful getaway…If you are looking to unwind with a quaint, peaceful getaway, check out these quaint cabins at horseshoe hills ranch. All wood interiors decorated in ranch themes, with bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa downstairs, these are perfect for families or a couples getaway. Kitchen with microwaves, small refrigerators, oven, dishes are well equipped. Bathroom is located downstairs with tub and shower…hot water is plentiful and cabins have cable TV and Wi-fi! Cabins have back porches with swings and views to the river. Enjoyed peaceful morning on the swing listening to the birds in the area.
Separate cabin has laundry room, vending machines and small workout machine! Horse stable on the property and a new large, pavilion with toilet is walking distance from the cabins.
Loved every minute! Very hospitable owners!!

Perfect for our Get-away Vacation
We just spent a week at one of the cabins on this ranch and it was fantastic. We have been needing to get away from our hectic lives and spend some time to unwind in the woods for a little while. This was my wife’s idea of the perfect camping, a cabin in the woods with a/c and all the amenities of home. We both thought the place was awesome and so close to Natchitoches and all the history of the area we could easily drive to any surrounding attractions we wanted to. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi when we first got there and they had someone out there to fix it the next day, this had zero effect on our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the city for a few days and still be close enough to shop and dine. they have canoes to get out and really explore the bayou if you are into that.

Perfect for Family Reunions! The six cabins location in the woods is beautiful and quaint. A perfect spot to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the outdoors with the trails for bikes and hiking, a lake for canoeing and water fun. They have recently added a circle of swings as a wonderful gathering place to talk and relax, and the pavilion is great for gathering to eat or play. Was very impressed by how reliable the wireless internet was as well as by the cozy feel of the cabins and fully stocked with linens, towels and basic kitchen equipment. We had about 20 people and we were all thrilled with our weekend getaway. Stayed June 2015, traveled with family.
